How Do I Add Keywords to Individual Blog Posts?

I have searched both Google and YouTube for answers. Every source either describes meta tags through the use of HTMl(not for individual blog posts) or is in Hindi. WordPress allows users to add keywords to individual blogposts in a simple fashion. I have yet to find a similar feature within Blogger. I believe it may be possible by way of tampering with the post's HTML, but my knowledge of coding is limited.

Any assistance would be much appreciated. Additional advice concerning optimizing Blogspot blogs for SEO is welcomed. I have purchased a domain, but have not yet made my blog public.
